Planning Permisison & Building Warrant

The design team at Bon Accord Glass are also in a position to assist you with any planning permission or building warrant applications that may be required. Planning permission is required at all times by your local authority if:
A Building Warrant is required when a new opening is being created or there is any alteration to an existing opening to install a new window or door. Superior Consent is often required whenever you alter a council house, new house or one in development. An Engineer's Certificate may be required when extensive building work has to take place. The Bon Accord Glass architectural and design team will advise you of which permissions will be required and can undertake the handling of any documentation and produce any required drawings in the application process. |
